In a country where individual & fundamental rights are denied to the most able and capable, Anchal intervenes to reintroduce order, respect and self-supporting skills into the lives of children challenged by Mental Disabilities. Anchal was established in 1993 with a sole vision to care and protect every child irrespective of her/his ability or disability, to shoulder this collective responsibility as representative of a civilised Society. As of now Anchal is serving around 300 Special Children.
FACILITIES OFFERED
Anchal caters to the need of over 300 children challenged by Mental Disabilities. These children are mainly from the poor social background and in need of special services.

2.DISHA, A targeted intervention for non-brothel based sex worker.
3. CBR(Community Based Rehabilitation for Disabled Women and Children.
4. U.E.E, An Educational Programme for out of school children.
5. Resource centre in the area of Disability.
6. Nomination received by DC for best Day Care Centre.
7. Received an Award from National Human Rights Institute.
8. One of the leading institution fighting for the rights of disabled.
9. "Convenor" for DBAM (Dilli Bal Adhikar Manch) a forum of rights for children.
10. A 'total' care is provided for M.R. Children in Anchal.
