ABOUT US
Ankur is a Non Profit Organization in a tribal district of newly formed state of Chhattisgarh.The Organization is registered under Society Reg. Act in 1997. The School for M.R. started in 1996 and Voc.Training Centre in 1998, since then it is imparting Education, Training, Pre-voc. training to make the Mentally Challenged children self dependent.
Ankur has a team of Occupational Therapist, Vocational Instructor, Special Educators, Volunteers dedicated to the cause of betterment of M.R. children.State office of Special Olympics Bharat Chhattisgarh is situated at Ankur, which looks after the sports activities-State, National, International level of M.R.children throughout the State.The Organization has 200 children registered out of which, 80 children are taking benefit of the School & VTC facility.The Organisation is registered under FCRA and National Trust.
FACILITIES OFFERED
Ankur School cum VTC is only Day Care Centre in Korba District providing services of training in Activities
of Daily Living, Therapy to M.R.& C.P.Children, Pre-vocational, Vocational training and on the Job training.

5. On the Job training.
6. Transport Facilities.
7. Teacher/Care Giver's Training.
